I have gone through the records for the first 15 students on
your list and have attached a spreadsheet with what I found. Of those
students:
- 7 did not leave in the
correct time frame to be included on the 11/12 Table 5. Only
students who left between 10/1/2010 - 9/30/2011 are eligible for Table 5.
- 4 students did not have
enough hours to be NRS Reportable in the fiscal year they left the
program. If the student does not have 12 hours in the FY he leaves
the program, he will not count on Table 5.
- 3 of the students
already count on Table 5
- 1 has the goal set in
the wrong FY and marked as met the same quarter that she left the program.
Please review the remainder of the students to be sure they left
the program between 10/1/2010 - 9/30/2011. If they did, double-check to
be sure that they were NRS reportable in the year they left. If the
students meet these criteria and you can't figure out what is preventing them
from being reportable on Table 5, please let me know the names of the students
in question and I will be happy to take a look at their records.
