LACES not allowing entrance of assessments

Usually when information shows in one way for one user and another for someone else, the issue is the internet cache.

Please try clearing your cache by doing the following:
In your Internet Explorer program:
Go to Tools > Internet Options: General tab
Under Browsing History, click Delete.
Be sure that both "Temporary Internet files" and "cookies" ARE checked and DO NOT check "Preserve Favorites website data" then click delete.

Also under Tools > Internet Options General tab, under Browsing History, click "Settings."
Be sure "Check for newer versions of stored pages" is set to "automatically."

You may also need to reboot your computer depending upon the extent of the problem.

After clearing your browser cache, if you are still unable to enter an assessment, could you please let me know what version of IE you are using and what operating system?  Also, it might be helpful for me to know which student you are trying to enter an assessment for ans what assessment you are trying to enter so I can try the exact same thing that you are doing to see if I get the error then.
